The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was situated in the oldest neighborhood in Lisbon. It was also close to the centre, allowing easy access to the downtown action. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished, providing a comfortable and luxurious stay. The staff was outstanding, always on hand and extremely helpful. The breakfast offered was stunning, with a variety of options to choose from. the hotel had amazing views and beautiful balconies, creating a picturesque atmosphere.

That the front door was difficult to find initially, as Google maps led us to the wrong location.

This hotel is a luxurious gem with exclusive amenities. the spacious room was beautifully decorated with elegant furnishings and plush bedding. In-room breakfast was a delightful surprise with a variety of delicious options.

The only minor issue was the lack of a bar/lounge area to relax and enjoy a drink after a long day of exploring. this was easily solved as there are numerous bars and restaurants within a short walking distance from the hotel.

The hotel had a great location, close to popular attractions and lovely restaurants. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with a perfect blend of modern and historic elements. The staff was friendly, ensuring that all our needs were met.

The amenities were lacking and could be improved. the breakfast options were limited and not very appetizing.

The room was spacious, with three levels, and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and there was a good shaded terrace to relax on. The location of the hotel was great, right in the heart of things, in a nice area just opposite the river.

We were warmly welcomed by the manager, Rui, who surprised us with a complimentary upgrade to a fine suite with a amazing view of the river. The attention to detail and cleanliness of the hotel is very nice. It goes beyond the traditional boutique hotel concept and feels like a home away from home. I highly recommend this hotel for an lovely stay.
